The Big Lure was designed specifically for casting, retrieving and trolling bulky lures with a fixed spool reel. Even comparatively lighter lures with strong water resistance – such as spinnerbaits – can be guided efficiently and with control using this rod. The progressive action distributes the forces generated during casting and fighting evenly across the entire blank. This ensures clean casting, long casting distances and controlled power delivery when fighting large predators.
