Westin Stopper Beads are durable rubber beads specially designed for pike fishing with dead bait fish on float and bottom rigs. They serve as reliable buffers and spacers, helping to build durable, clean rigs that are gentle on the material.

Function on float rigs
On float rigs, the Stopper Beads are pulled onto the main line or leader to cushion floats, swivels or running leads. They protect sensitive knots from hard knocks and prevent damage from heavy pike floats. At the same time, running floats can be neatly limited or fixed floats reliably secured without squeezing or pinching the line. This ensures that the rig remains reliable even with frequent casts and strong bites.

Use on bottom rigs
Stopper beads also perform an important protective function in bottom and fixed rigs. They cushion the contact between the lead, swivel and knot, thereby reducing abrasion and material fatigue on the line.
