Essential materials are iron dust, activated carbon and salt. As soon as the sole comes into contact with oxygen, the iron dust oxidizes and heat is released. Contained materials are biodegradable. After activation the heat is released for approx. 6 hours. Temperature development: approx. 38 °C - 42 °C.
