Inexpensive stainless steel model measuring 43 x 28 x 11 cm. The two-layer interior design is suitable for up to 6 trout. The table smoker has 2 spirit burners and an adjustable smoke outlet slider. The lid can be closed with side clips to ensure optimum heat inside the oven.

Use:

Simply place the Smoking flour and smoking spices in the recess provided on the bottom of the oven and place the oval drip plate on top. Insert the bottom rack, place the raw fish on it and, if necessary, also place the second rack on top. Close the lid with the clips on the side. Only put as much spirit into the burner as is needed for one smoking process (approx. 30 - 40ml per burner). You can regulate the flame of the burner through the holes provided. It is best to heat the bottom of the stainless steel chamber with two even flames. After a short time, the Smoking flour will ignite with the spices and distribute the smoke evenly in the oven. Please make sure to operate the oven protected from the wind. You can then regulate the smoke intensity in the oven with the smoke outlet slider and after only 15 - 18 minutes the fish will be smoked to an even brown-gold colour. Tip: For an even better flavour, it is worth soaking the fish in smoking liquor a few hours beforehand.
