This classic "Gravad Lax" seasoning is easy to use. Simply use 80 g FTM seasoning salt Stefan's favourite (Gravad Lax "Classic") per kilo of fillet. To do this, place the fish fillet in a bowl and spread the FTM Gravad Lax seasoning on top. Then simply place the tray in the fridge and leave to mature for 3 days, turning every 24 hours. Remove the fillet from the fridge, pat dry with kitchen paper and you're done! Contents: 250 g.
