The Saltist 40P is a real workhorse and offers enormous power reserves to get high weights and capital fish uncompromisingly to the surface. The one-piece aluminium frame ensures high load-bearing capacity and optimum storage of the gearbox. The black surface of the frame is produced by anodising and does not flake off even under hard use in salt water. The ATD brake system releases the set braking force immediately and without high initial resistance - ideal for drilling in extreme situations. The 4 CRBB ball bearings are resistant to salt water and run without problems even after frequent use in salt water. The large, round EVA crank knob is very handy - especially when heavy weights have to be lifted up, this form offers enormous comfort when cranking.
