Balzer Fishing Reel Alegra LF BR 6400 / F BR 6500

Due to the great demand, BALZER has decided to also offer the feeder reels in a freewheel version. They are available as a light feeder reel - Alegra LF 6400 BR - and as a medium feeder reel - Alegra MF 6500 BR. Both reels have 2 release clips - soft and medium. Thanks to the special spool depth, the reels are suitable for both monofilament and braided lines.

What is the advantage of a free spool reel when feeding?

With a normal stationary reel, the angler either has to release the brake and readjust it each time or fold down the bail so that the basket falls towards him, always running the risk of a loop wrapping around the tip, which inevitably leads to the tip breaking when casting.

If the angler uses a reel with a free spool, he only needs to operate the free spool and the basket will come towards him without a loop being able to form, as the line tension remains constant. He only has to adjust the free spool brake once before fishing so that the basket slides down at the desired speed. Utility model protected rubber-buffered release clip - Releases the line when stronger fish bite, so that the brake is released immediately after the bite - 5 soft and 5 hard are included.
