Okuma Salina 10000HA
The Okuma Salina is one of the most powerful saltwater reels in its class. Thanks to its modern LITECAST® construction, it is around 15% lighter than previous Azores models without compromising on stability or durability. Developed for tough use in saltwater, the reel impresses with its high load capacity and durable construction.
The powerful Dual Force Drag (DFD) braking system acts on both sides of the spool, ensuring even pressure, high efficiency and exceptionally smooth braking performance. The overhead multi-disc carbon braking system is reliably protected from water by the Hydro-Block system and also works in conjunction with a secondary braking system under the spool. This dual braking action significantly increases stability and clearly outperforms conventional single systems in terms of performance. With a braking force of up to 15 kg, a fast gear ratio of 5.8:1 and a line retrieval of 90 cm per crank turn, the Salina is ideal for powerful drills and fast bait retrieval in the sea.
