Zeck Zander Pelagi Head (Blue Pearl)
Pelagi use & weights
The Zeck Zander Pelagi Head is a screw-in head specially developed for vertical pelagic fishing for zander. With weights of 60 and 75 g, it quickly and controllably brings the bait to the desired depth, even in strong currents. The high sinking speed allows the bait height to be precisely adjusted to pelagic fish and ensures a natural presentation of Zander Pelagi and similar soft baits directly in the predator's feeding zone.
Hooks, Small Parts & Colour
The Pelagi Hook in size #1 can be mounted cleanly and, thanks to its PTFE coating, penetrates even hard predator and pike mouths reliably. Resilient swivels and snap rings are designed for high forces and offer safety when drilling large fish. The painted head is available in several colours, some with UV-active coating to optimise visibility and adaptation to light and water conditions.
Lure compatibility & practical benefits
The head design is optimally matched to the Zander Pelagi, but can also be fished with other pelagic soft baits. This allows different lures to be used with a single head system, reducing tackle and simplifying setup. In practice, this creates a reliable and convincing hooking system for modern pelagic fishing for large zander.
