Zeck Mr. Waller Hook

This hook has been the favorite of Markus Eule for several years, as well as that of many guests at his Italian catfish camps. Since the Mr. Waller Hook was added to Zeck’s lineup, it has also become the top choice for Johannes Martin and Benjamin Gründer. The short-shanked Mr. Waller Hook offers tremendous stability while remaining lightweight. The risk of bending is significantly reduced compared to long-shank hooks. Above all, the point is and remains super sharp. Since Mustad has discontinued production of this model, Carsten Zeck has partnered with VMC. They now produce it exclusively for Zeck in an improved version, very close to their headquarters, just across the German-French border. The new version of the Mr. Waller Hook retains all of its strengths. In addition, the hook has now been given a PTFE coating. This ensures that it stays sharp even longer and penetrates the catfish’s mouth even more effectively. Furthermore, the eye has been sealed with a special resin, making rigging significantly easier.
