Cat Pointer (Grey Fire)

Slow-sinking, two-piece wobblers have been used successfully by guides on the Po River for many years. The Cat Pointer is the first model on the market that was actually developed specifically for catfish fishing. In addition to providing sufficient stability and weight, special attention was paid to its swimming action. Its unusually subtle yet high-frequency action was the key to success for many years and a true insider’s tip. Until now, only hand-built and relatively unstable wooden versions exhibited this swimming action. The Cat Pointer is perfectly suited for casting along the shoreline during high water. But of course, you can also use it under normal conditions or in shallow water areas. When casting along the shoreline, you should take advantage of its optimal sinking speed. Before reaching the shoreline vegetation, let the Cat Pointer sink slightly so that it is already within the catfish’s strike zone by the first turn of the reel.
