Rainer Korn Valhall Köfi Circular Hook Leader

Rainer Korn is regarded as THE professional angler for Norway. He has been developing leaders and fishing techniques for over a quarter of a century. Rainer has had a decisive influence on modern deep-sea fishing, pioneered the targeted fishing for halibut, and has been passing on his knowledge through magazines, books, films, guided trips and seminars for many years. His wealth of experience forms the basis of this leader collection, which is united by one thing above all else: pure fishing practice! The ultimate rig for halibut, large cod and trophy coalfish, featuring special circle hooks with an extra-large opening for a perfect grip in the fish’s mouth. The in-line sinker (300g) runs on a single length of line, thus preventing harsh, off-putting contact when the fish attacks the baitfish. Tip: When using a dead baitfish, thread the circle hook under the head plate, through the eyes – this provides plenty of play and optimal hooking conditions. Do not set the hook when a bite is felt; simply reel in firmly!
