You can turn the beeper down so as not to disturb anyone or draw the attention of other anglers to your own bites. Instead, for example, it only vibrates discreetly in your jacket pocket. Even fall bites are indicated visually and acoustically. The four available colours are recognised by the bite indicator when you switch them on in the appropriate order.
