Shimano Expride Casting

Shimano's Expride rod series stands for quality and comes closest to the world-famous Poison Adrena rod in terms of its extensive technologies. It has incredible sensitivity and feedback capabilities, leaving many other rods behind. These casting rods were originally developed as bass rods and meet even the highest demands at all times. This puts an end to the search for a rod that leaves nothing to be desired.
The range of the Expride covers everything from light to large lures, while it also impresses with its special sensitivity, which only a few rods can achieve. The sensitivity and feedback of the Expride is achieved through the combination of two exclusive Shimano technologies and the high modulus carbon blanks used, which are equipped with a Hi-Power X construction, reduce the blank twist when casting and during the fight. This makes the blank extremely responsive. The carbon monocoque handle also gives the angler an even better feeling for the activities around the lure in the water, as the high sensitivity allows much more information to be transmitted from the blank to the angler's hand via the handle.
To increase the overall performance of the rods even further, they have been fitted with Fuji SiC guides and a lightweight Shimano Ci4+ reel seat. The Expride not only impresses with its fantastic skills, but also with its design of a classic black blank, combined with the front cork handle and the carbon monocoque handle.
