Abu Garcia Beast 400LP LH/RH
The latest generation of Abu Garcia Beast baitcasters has been designed without compromise for large lures and uncompromising fishing. These low-profile reels offer maximum power, extreme durability and precise casting performance – ideal for targeted fishing for large pike and other powerful predators.
All three sizes are based on an ergonomic, asymmetrical body made of corrosion-resistant X2-Cräftic alloy with matching gull-wing side plate. Seven HPCR stainless steel ball bearings plus roller bearings ensure smooth, quiet running. The proven Carbon Matrix drag delivers enormous braking power and is equipped with a drag clicker – so you can hear when the fish takes the line at any time. Robustness, control and power combine here to create a true big bait machine.

Abu Garcia Beast/RH 400LP LH
The 400 is the powerhouse of the Beast series. The housing has been enlarged by 21% without compromising ergonomics. This has created even more space for the massive Duragear Gen III gearbox – for maximum load capacity.
In addition to the Infini braking system, this model features the Carbon Matrix Drag with integrated Drag Release System (DRS). This allows the brake to be quickly adjusted even under high loads.
The 105 mm long aluminium handle with oversized EVA Power Knobs provides additional leverage – ideal for uncompromising fights with large pike and other big predators.
