The latest generation of Abu Garcia Beast baitcasters has been designed without compromise for large lures and uncompromising fishing. These low-profile reels offer maximum power, extreme durability and precise casting performance – ideal for targeted fishing for large pike and other powerful predators.
All three sizes are based on an ergonomic, asymmetrical body made of corrosion-resistant X2-Cräftic alloy with matching gull-wing side plate. Seven HPCR stainless steel ball bearings plus roller bearings ensure smooth, quiet running. The proven Carbon Matrix drag delivers enormous braking power and is equipped with a drag clicker – so you can hear when the fish takes the line at any time. Robustness, control and power combine here to create a true big bait machine.

Abu Garcia Beast/RH 300LP LH
The 300 series is the powerful centrepiece of the range. The housing has been enlarged by 15% compared to its predecessor – while maintaining the same ergonomics in the hand area.
Inside, an oversized Duragear Gen III gear system confidently masters even the most brutal fights. The Infini braking system combines centrifugal and magnetic brakes for particularly precise casting settings.
With its 95 mm aluminium handle and oversized EVA knobs, this model also offers a strong grip and high retrieval power – perfect for heavy lures and strong predators.
