Zeck HomeZone Homezone Long

With the HomeZone x-light, Zeck has responded to the demand for a rod that makes even catfish under a meter long a joy to catch. A 1.50-meter catfish will give you a brutal fight with this rod. While you can land even larger fish with the HomeZone x-light, you’ll need plenty of space, and it’s best to avoid any obstacles nearby. Paired with the SR 5, you get a truly great combo for smaller “pond catfish.” You can also repurpose the HomeZone x-light for fishing for smaller species.

The HomeZone long is a longer version of the HomeZone. Due to its length, this rod is ideal for long casts and for setting up a slack line. Don’t let the casting weight specification deter you. Zeck has based this on weights that can actually be fully cast (similar to how the casting weight of a spinning rod is specified). With a slack line, you can also cast heavier weights. When casting with the HomeZone long, you can retrieve the line from the water even at distances over 200 meters (depending on the height of the attachment point for the leader line).
