Zeck Baby Rippler (Real Shad)

The Rippler was conceived by Uli Beyer. Zeck’s goal was to combine a large silhouette with low weight and optimal swimming action. The intricately shaped ribs posed a real challenge in the mold-making process, which is why no lure like this has existed before. The Baby Ripplers are the smaller versions of this lure family. They are particularly well-suited for jigging. Swim action WITH upper tail tip: If you leave the tail tip on the lure, you get a slow-motion action, which is particularly advantageous for large predators and in winter fishing (the lure should not wiggle too wildly). Swim action WITHOUT upper tail tip: If you remove the tail tip, you get an agile and powerful swim. This lure action is recommended in most situations (especially during warm periods). By the way, you can simply tear off the tail tip.
