The Westin Float Rig Single Hook is a ready-to-fish steel rig for float fishing with smaller dead bait fish. It has been specifically designed for a slim, natural bait presentation and the single hook makes unhooking much easier – a clear advantage in heavily fished waters.

Construction and hook
Made from 30 lb, 7-strand steel wire, the rig offers reliable protection against pike teeth while remaining flexible enough to allow the bait fish to move naturally. Discreet camouflage ferrules secure the connections and reduce light reflection underwater. The rig is equipped with an extra-strong, ultra-sharp #4/0 single hook, which is specially designed for smaller bait fish under the float. The single hook construction ensures precise hook placement and enables quick, controlled unhooking.

Use under the float
The Float Rig Single Hook is ideal for presenting small dead bait fish under the float, for example in still or slow-flowing waters. Especially along reed edges, over weed beds or in mid-water, the rig impresses with its inconspicuous, low-resistance guidance. By dispensing with additional treble hooks, the rig remains slim and does not overload the bait. This allows you to effectively fish for cautious pike when a natural bait effect is crucial.
