SR 5
The SR 5 is a reel that should be of particular interest to pike anglers using dead bait, as well as to active catfish anglers (spinning and vertical fishing). It is also suitable for light catfish bottom fishing. This reel is also popular for spinning for pike with large lures. Zeck’s SR 5 has proven its worth in recent years, and not just in freshwater. Saltwater anglers will also get their money’s worth with this reel. The SR 5 is particularly suitable for use with rods with casting weights ranging from approximately 100 to 250 grams.
