Reliable temperature control when smoking fish
The FTM smoking thermometer is a compact, analogue thermometer for controlling the cooking and smoking temperature when smoking fish. It is ideal for installation in smoking barrels and smoking cabinets and supports the even, controlled preparation of trout and other types of fish.
Temperature range and use
The thermometer is designed for temperatures up to 120 °C, thus completely covering the typical range for warm and hot smoking. This allows the heat in the smoker to be reliably monitored to prevent overheating or too low temperatures and to achieve consistent smoking results.
Design and installation
With a diameter of approximately 6 cm, the scale is easy to read without taking up too much space. The smoking thermometer can be permanently mounted in the door or side wall of smoking cabinets and smoking barrels, enabling continuous temperature control directly on the appliance.
