Evo Cat Spin 260 | 120

Most anglers tend to associate catfish spin fishing with fairly heavy tackle. However, this rod series demonstrates that this doesn’t have to be the case at all. Guides on the Po have used rods from Japanese brands for years, which often cost more than 700 euros. Since Zeck works with the best manufacturers and the rods used by their guide friends still had room for improvement, they took on the challenge. The result is a spinning rod series that is second to none. The Evo Cats Spin are lighter than some pike rods. They have such a sensitive tip that even lures weighing less than 20 grams can be cast accurately over long distances. This is also important because catfish are often better outwitted with smaller artificial lures. At the same time, however, even large spoons pose no problem for the Evo Cats. During the fight, you can feel the enormous lifting power of an Evo Cat blank. During testing, fish over 2.60 meters in length were caught. Nevertheless, even with bycatch, such as asp, the fight remains enjoyable. Zeck is convinced that more and more perch, zander, and pike anglers will now turn their attention to catfish as well. The Evo Cats finally make light yet uncompromising catfish spin fishing possible.

The Evo Cat Spin 243 | 120 is the rod in the series with extra power in its backbone. Made for slightly larger lures and slightly larger fish. It can also be used in the ocean (for example, for spin fishing for tuna).

The Evo Cat Spin 260 | 120 is the rod in the series with extra length and extra power in the backbone. Made for slightly larger lures, slightly larger fish, and, of course, slightly longer casting distances.

Each of these catfish rods is securely packaged and delivered in a high-quality rod case.
