Powermesh Catfish Buoy

DAIWA's Powermesh Catfish rods have been specially designed for the extreme stresses of catfish fishing and impress with their high stability, durability and high-quality features. Whether on the Ebro, Po or in local waters, these rods offer the power needed to withstand even the largest catfish.

Every component is designed for maximum load: robust Seaguide double-leg guides, overlapping tip guides, aluminium-reinforced spigot joints and a high-quality, easy-to-clean EVA handle guarantee reliability in every situation. The DPS reel seat with locking screw ensures that the reel is securely fastened. A comfortable, rounded end cap on the handle improves handling during the fight. The blank, reinforced with an additional carbon fibre layer, provides a clear advantage in terms of stability. The sensitive tip action allows the use of light lures over weed beds or in shallow water, while always providing sufficient power reserves to fish with heavy lures even in strong currents and at great depths. The high-quality EVA handle fits comfortably in the hand and offers long-lasting comfort. Suitable for use with fixed spool and multi-reels, the Powermesh Catfish series offers uncompromising power and reliable components – for anyone who wants to be well equipped for catfish.
