In 1999, Balzer launched the very first Diabolo rod series. The aim was to produce carbon fibre rods suitable for everything from eel to zander, all at excellent value for money. And this objective remains unchanged to this day. With the 12th (!) edition of the Diabolo series, the ‘Golden Circle’ is now complete, and Balzer is celebrating the 25th anniversary of this unique rod series. The combination of carbon tape and the high-quality STARDUST finish, together with painted reel seats, gives the rods a very high-quality finish. Fast, lightweight IM-7 carbon fibre blanks, Titanium SIC guides and ergonomic handles are the hallmarks of this series. Modern surf rods with Vector Angle guides, also ideal for braided lines. Featuring ergonomic, high-quality shrink rubber handles for maximum grip.
