This mix does not see a drop of water, because the water content has been replaced by pure liquid pork and poultry liver. Another absolutely effective and at the same time active ingredient in the liver dumpling is hallibut pellet meal which, in combination with the liquid liver and poultry liver meal, gives the mix its beautiful dark brown colour and provides an excellent aroma. Hydrolysed fish protein is used for water solubility and is very easy to digest. Of course, a good LT fish meal cannot be missing here and so the excellent LT redfish meal was used. Great colour and a fantastic aroma. The next highlight of the liver dumpling is the flavour. A must in the liver dumpling is the legendary liver flavour. The liver dumpling is rolled with fresh egg and a good portion of egg albumin for the necessary firmness and then gently cooked in steam.
