Smoking Lye Traditional

A smoking liquor for the perfect taste. The salt and spices are optimally matched to each other to achieve the best possible result in terms of shelf life and taste of the fish. Put the mixtures on with boiling water and then place the fish in the cooled lye. This allows the flavour to penetrate particularly deeply into the fish flesh. Contents: 600 g.
