Concept & Use
The Balzer Camtec gutting knife is a compact folding knife that has been specially designed for clean and controlled gutting of fish. Its handy design makes it ideal for use directly at the water's edge as well as for processing fish on the go.

Blade & Handle
The curved blade made of stainless, black-coated steel is sharpened to a fine edge and designed to open the abdominal cavity without unnecessarily damaging the innards or fillet. The ergonomically shaped handle with a non-slip surface ensures a secure grip and precise guidance, even with wet or cold hands.

Safety & handling
