Axtschlag Grill boards
The smoking boards enable particularly gentle cooking on any barbecue and give your grilled food a deliciously aromatic smoky note thanks to the 100% natural wood flavours. Easy to use: Soak the wooden plank in warm water for 60 minutes before use. If necessary, wine, rum, whisky, juice etc. can be added to individualise the taste. Then place the food to be grilled in the centre of the plank and place it on the grill directly above the heat source (180-220° C). If the wood begins to smoulder, it should be moved to the cooler area of the barbecue.
